Sinopsis

Ning Fan, once the heir to the prestigious Ning family, abandoned everything ten years ago to drop out of school and study under an old Taoist priest, gaining fame over the years. Ning Tianxue, the adopted daughter of the Ning family and president of Tianheng Group, invites him to return to the family. Though Ning Fan intends to refuse, he is compelled by his master to attend a matchmaking banquet. At the banquet, Ning Shiyao, a former friend now serving the Ning family, impersonates Ning Fan as the heir and falsely accuses him of theft. Unable to tolerate the injustice, Ning Fan reveals Ning Shiyao's contract of servitude and gives a diamond ring to An Jianjian, which leads to a misunderstanding with Su Mujin. Ning Tianxue intervenes, revealing Ning Fan's true identity. With support from the city lord's decree and the vice president of Tianheng Group, Ning Fan exposes the truth, defeats Ning Tianhao, and successfully reclaims his position as the Ning family's heir.
